In 1955, the French painter PIERRE DAGUET, taking a tour of the Caribbean Sea, located his house and studio on the land where the Hotel San Pedro de Majagua is located today, which thanks to the restoration work of the important firm constructora Arias Serna & Saravia, who, respecting the environment of the Island and maintaining the tropical but comfortable concept, developed this magical place, giving it the name of San Pedro in honor of its famous and ancient inhabitant and Majagua for being one of the most representative trees that are in the area. Our Hotel has become a destination where ecotourism, rest, diving and the magical color of the sea allow the development of holiday and corporate activities with all the comfort.
